1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging.
- The item is in resellable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty/cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened or used unless they are faulty.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

- Pictures/videos of the item and packaging
